Stakeholder feedback is always taken from monthly grievance meeting conducted by District collectors of Tamil Nadu in India and the action taken and recommendation will be updated in next meeting based on the priority. Effective utilization of feedback and recommendation from evaluation reports done by scientists or through survey is entirely depends on the administrative officers and ministers of the rolling government and system prevailing in the regions. Evaluation reports should be periodically evaluated until its adoption or benefitted by the stakeholders for which man power or financial support is very much essential.  Stakeholders or their generations (Son and Daughters) from Farmers Producer Organization should be included as evaluators in every evaluating process to avoid manpower and speed up the process and effective utilization of feedback and recommendation.
