Silva,  great point about how some treat and direct evaluation to justify past decisions. On foresight, I would resist trying to get evaluation do better at predicting the future. A fool’s errand. Rather, build systems that can see, respond, and adjust faster. Good “foresight” comes from: 
rapid iteration; pattern recognition across experiments; and; continuous updating of assumptions. This helps better navigate the future as it unfolds
