In Yemen, the previous six months have witnessed a high demand of the national evaluators as a result of covid-19.
A considerable number of Third Party Monitoring companies have communicated with national evaluators to assign them for their activities in Yemen.
This trend, is a significant change that will enhance the professionalism of M&E in Yemen, since it will participate in capacity building of the national experts.
