Luc Zanmenou worked over the past 7 years on monitoring and Evaluation of development economics related projects on different topics (THIMO, Financial Inclusion, WASH, Transport, Gender, etc.) and also multisectoral assessment needs in the humanitarian context. Being involved in the design, data collection, monitoring, and data analysis of different evaluations, I mainly designed evaluations, developed survey instruments, analyzed data, and write data analysis reports. Over the years, I had an extensive work experience in West Africa (Benin, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau and Cote d’Ivoire), in Central Africa (DR Congo), and East Africa (Rwanda) with different institutions such as the Department Impact Evaluation (World Bank), UNICEF, USAID, GIZ, Gender Lab Innovation (World Bank), etc. Recently I have been working as M&E specialist for the World Bank on the design of the M&E system of the Food Security and Resilience Program (FSRP) in West Africa. For such purposes, among other achievements, I have designed the M&E manual for the program, the information system that the program will use during its implementation, and support all ME country staff involved in the program.
