Applying the CGIAR quality of research for development framework to process and performance evaluations

These pioneering evaluation Guidelines provide the framing, criteria, dimensions, and menu of methods for assessing the quality of research for development (QoR4D) in CGIAR. They can be adapted by like-minded organizations conducting research for development (R4D). The Guidelines introduce a Quality of Science (QoS) evaluation criterion, to complement OECD/DAC evaluation criteria.
