I am a seasoned ME&L professional with over 17 years of extensive and diverse work experience in the agricultural research for development sector, leading complex program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning workstreams. I hold an MPhil Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation methods from Stellenbosch University. I also hold a Master's Certificate from IDEA International and Laval University. I am a certified M&E and Impact Evaluation professional from the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITC-ILO).
