I am an independent consultant in evaluation, project design, research, learning, training, and facilitation. I have 15 years of experience in international development and humanitarian assistance roles, including 8 years in the field, with NGOs and with the UN (in Lebanon and Cameroon), and 5 years working on staff for Global Affairs Canada, in support of Jordan’s development outcomes and those of other countries in the Middle East, and in Ukraine.

I have experience in monitoring and evaluation (qualitative and quantitative methods), project design, learning reviews, project management, and working with a range of local civil society partners, and donors. Areas of work across my career have been in humanitarian assistance (water, sanitation, hygiene promotion (WaSH), protection, cash assistance), gender equality, economic justice (employment and entrepreneurship), human rights, advocacy, governance, and institutional strengthening of community-based organizations.

I am fluent in English, French and Arabic, intermediate in Russian, and basic in Spanish. I am a strategic and analytical thinker committed to human rights and social justice, and a compelling communicator with excellent oral and writing skills.

I am a graduate of the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET), of the World Bank and Carleton University (Canada).
