I have over 20 years of professional working experience as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert and Team Leader within the scope of the international donor funded development projects and programs in Africa, the Pacific and South-East Asia. A specialist in undertaking evaluation and review missions using OECD DAC evaluation criteria; designing, developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems; and conducting meta-evaluations and peer reviews of completed evaluations.
Initial training in African Economic History and Psychology complemented by 3 years of intensive doctoral level coursework in the USA as a Fulbright Scholar in the fields of Evaluation and Statistics, and supplemented by extensive training in a range of applicable software and web based tools (such as SPSS, NVivo, and Survey Monkey).
