Experience in evaluation, learning, and knowledge management in international development. I work with intergovernmental agencies, bilateral donors, INGOs, foundations, civil society organisations, communities and research organisations. I set up and run Westhill Knowledge Limited in 2013 to further my work. I was formerly Knowledge Partnerships Manager at the Institute of Development Studies and a strategic planner with the Commonwealth Secretariat. My experience includes theory based, mixed method, qualitative and process tracing methods.
