I have over sixteen year experience as Monitoring and Evaluation Expert. I have been involved in the design, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation of developmental and emergency programs with a range of different thematic area. In doing so, I have worked on Knowledge Management and Learning that contributes to improving outcome and achieving the desired objective. I have grown up in my career through engaging with technical working groups in the area of M&E and I am a lifelong learner that copes up with new developments. As a development practitioner, I am striving to have an input to the development endeavor and continue being part of a team of development professionals and/or researchers
I am engaging in delivering consulting service in conducting situational analysis which would give background information for designing project proposals, conducting organizational capacity assessment to critically evaluate strengths and weaknesses to leverage on the distinct area of competencies and support organizational team in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
