I have been working for twelve (12) years in the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research and Learning sectors within different government institutions and NGOs. My experience in questionnaire designing and programming using electronic data collection applications for the different researches includes coordinating with partners and administrators, monitoring and evaluating projects, providing technical support and then making suggestions for ways to make improvements. It also includes managing the development and design of all assessments, preparing progress reports and monitoring and following the progress of proposals and projects. I have competencies on Results Based Management (RBM). I am equipped of skills in monitoring and evaluation of policies implementation, strategic plan, and various kinds of projects. I have experience in setting of Program, Outcomes, Outputs, targets/milestones, indicators, baseline, activities, assumptions and risks management where it is possible.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I have certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, I have certificate in SWAP (Sector Wide Approach) in Project Management with courses that focused on Human Resource and capacity building Development, Quantitative methods, Research methodology, operations Research, economics, project management, program management, statistics, mathematics, procurement &chain supply and development and Logistics management. I prove experience in managerial and supervisory capacity of human and financial resources and a track record in program/project management and program administration. I prove experience in programme portfolio, ensuring effective, efficient, results based and oriented, and timely delivery of activities and results.
