• Worked as State Resource Associate for MGNF program under the Center for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, from 10th March 2022 to date.
• Worked in BITAN Institute for Training Awareness and Networking, Budge Budge as “Research and Documentation Expert” from 11th September 2021 to 9th March 2022. Handled CSR and government-sponsored programs during the tenure.
• Provisionally registered in 2018 for the Ph.D. program at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, MoYS, GOI, Sriperumbudur.
• Being a part of the Slum Development project for children’s education during lockdown under Spherule Foundation, Pune with the CSR funding support from SMS Group from February 2021 to till date.

• Attended SPARC MHRD, Govt. of India Sponsored Indo-Japan 5 days online Workshop on Climate Resilient Precision Agriculture to Enhance the Natural Capital in Developing Countries: An Inclusive Wealth Approach March 8-12, 2021 Organised by National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
• Attended an Online Training of Trainers on Conducting Community Based Participatory Research in Rural and Tribal areas from 03/Mar/2021 To 05/Mar/2021 at NIRD&PR, GOI.
• Attended a program on “Integrating Energy, Climate Change and Development” held on 8th September (Tuesday), 2020 organized by the Department of Management, Mizoram University. The lecture was delivered by Prof. Amit Garg, Professor, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
• Attended E-Training Programme on "Community Based Approaches for Sustainable Livelihoods and Climate Resilience Adaptation Practices” from 24/08/2020 To 28/08/2020 at NIRD&PR, GOI, Govt. of India.
• Participated in the 3 days FDP cum training program on “Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction” jointly organized by the National Institute of Disaster Management, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, and OP Jindal University, Raigarh from 18th to 20th August 2020.
Internship, Project, and Fieldwork:
• In July 2014 completed a pilot research project on “Constituency Management System in Sikkim Local Government Institutions” at, the State Institute of Rural Development, Govt. of Sikkim, Jorethang.
• In 2014, one-month internship at the Center for Public Policy Research, Kochi. The topic was “General elections 2014-A Behavioral study of young voters”.
• In 2013, one-month internship in the Center for Panchayati Raj, National Institute of Rural Development, and Panchayati Raj, Rajendranagar, Telangana.
