Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist

Creative, multi-tasking MEL/CLA professional with more than 15 years of experience inworking with multiple national and international organizations, on several projects and activities funded by different donors, such as USAID, EU, UNDP, UNICEF, UN Women, SIDA, and GIZ, and with different final beneficiaries. I have been equally devoted to the professional side of my career to fulfill all my work responsibilities, and also devoted to upskilling my knowledge and improving my experience through participating in research and professional training. In February-May 2022, it was the latest training I received, through joining an advanced four-month course conducted by USAID and QED group (through SIMPLE Team) on MEL/CLA. The course included three modules on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA).
I have a deep passion for promoting equal quality education opportunities for disadvantaged people groups, who have the talents but don't have the resources to proceed in their academic, societal, and professional careers. I believe that through both education and practice, together (GOE, non-GOE entities, and Academic institutions) we can create collective social change, and achieve the targeted strategic goals in Egypt.
I am dedicated, hardworking, and a very fast learner, extremely attentive to detail, and I can efficiently work in a team. I am very ambitious to make a significant difference in society through such profession I am passionate for.
