- Liaise with field offices and technical units to provide technical direction for the timely submission of FAO project/program reports
- Monitor and evaluate the production, preparation and submission of all FAO’s project terminal reports to governments and resource partners.
- Establish guidelines, formats and set standards for monitoring and reporting on project and program activities (including new data collection, management and analysis tools).
- Identify staff knowledge gaps on FAO’s monitoring/reporting policies and resource mobilization, and in tight collaboration with the Capacity development team, develop guidance documents, formal and on-the-job training, webinars on relevant topics.

- Strong competencies in all production processes of FAO project narrative reports and executive summaries. Extensive experience and knowledge of results frameworks, theories of change, logframes and MEAL plans including SMART indicators for existing and new projects.
- Established new results-based reporting templates and tools, to strengthen the link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and increase their visibility in reporting in a systematic way.
- Contributed to the development of the Division capacity building plan.
- Drafted information products (website articles, social media communications, thematic reports) describing FAO achievements, with a particular focus on its mandate, vision and strategic goals.
