  • Conducted 18 evaluations and assessments on topics including Disease Early Warning Systems, Reproductive and Maternal Health, Population, Community Nutrition, Menstrual Hygiene, Gender, Adolescent Health, Immunization, and integrated projects (health, nutrition, WASH, and Communication for Development).
  • Led and managed 6 evaluations (including economic evaluations, disease surveillance, and burden of disease), supervising up to 30 staff and consultants.
  • Designed needs assessments and monitoring initiatives, creating user-friendly reports, tailored recommendations, and communication packages; engaged program staff, stakeholders, and management in utilizing evaluation results.
  • Worked with various MEL approaches for donors such as Global Affairs Canada (GAC), USAID, UN agencies (UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO), Gavi (the Vaccine Alliance), Global Fund, and international organizations and agencies (PATH, NiH-Netherlands, KIT, the Royal Institute, US CDC, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine) to ensure the utility of evaluations.
  • Led a four-year post-licensure rotavirus surveillance project in Afghanistan in collaboration with the US CDC.
  • Developed and delivered MEL training activities, designing and facilitating interactive workshops and working sessions; led the development of ME frameworks and logic models for grant proposals; created training packages and trained local monitors hired as extenders to oversee project implementation in areas with restricted travel due to security concerns; visualized monitoring reports and presented them at annual lessons learned workshops for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity in professional roles with GAC, USAID, the UN system, and others.
