Evaluation Manager

I’m an international Agriculture Research & Development professional with more than 20 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Project Management and Business Development in over 30 countries in Africa, including over 10 years’ resident experience in Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, and Republic Democratic of Congo. I have extensive experience implementing, monitoring and evaluation including Gender inclusion of large international projects for donors such as European Union, USAID, the African Development Bank, the World Bank, UNDP, USA Government-funded grants among others.

Through my work, I communicated and collaborated with high-level African governments actors, international and national agriculture research centers, universities, multilateral and bilateral donors, civil society leaders, private companies, on project implementation as well as policy development. My research experiences include Research on land degradation mechanism and rehabilitation, Projects/programmes design, capacity development on M&E, survey and data collection tools/instruments development, both for Emergency and Non-emergency activities, managing various research teams, and writing technical reports.   • Language skills: French (fluent); English (fluent)
  • Computer/Software Skills: Office365; XLSTAT, SPSS, STATA, NVIVO.
  • Education Background: PhD in Agronomy (Soil Science and Crop Production) and Advanced Diploma in Environmental Science.
