Dr. Esther Kihoro is an experienced researcher with over a decade of expertise in monitoring and evaluation, gender studies, agriculture, climate change, and rural development. Currently, she is collaborating with Wageningen University and the CGIAR Impact at Scale team at ILRI on the Science and Practice of Scaling. Dr. Kihoro supports both research and learning efforts related to scaling and works closely with innovation teams to help scale their innovations effectively.
