I am a successful Results-oriented and people-focused MEAL and evaluation Specialist with 16 years of career experience. I have assisted African countries in design and implementation of results-based M&E systems and Evaluation plans. Moreover, I have carried out midterm, final, thematic evaluations for UNDP in RDC, South Sudan and Madagascar. I have also contributed to the PRSP evaluation in the Central African Republic and baseline studies in Benin Republic. I have a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Hannover, Germany and speak English and French.
