I am a social scientist with over 30 years of experience in agriculture and rural development - 15 years at a senior level managing research and development projects. I hold a PhD in Social Sciences and an M.Sc. in the Management of Agricultural Knowledge Systems (innovation systems). Previously, I obtained a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics. I have conducted a number of evaluations and reviews of humanitarian organisations, international and local NGOs, including feasibility studies. I have served in the HoA as a Regional Coordinator of Resilience Programmes for seven years. I have work experience in India, Papua New Guinea (PNG), and seven countries in the HoA.
