Ana Erika Lareza is a dynamic evaluator, currently pursuing her MA in Evaluation at Saarland University & University of Kaiserslautern-Landau in Germany, specializing in communication. Her background spans agriculture, disaster risk management, and environmental sciences. As Chair of the EvalYouth Global Network, she passionately champions empowering young and emerging evaluators globally, leveraging her expertise in communicating evaluation results for decision-making to advance youth participation. A co-founder of EvalYouth Asia and the Asia Pacific Communications Hub, Erika's broader evaluation practice emphasizes community engagement, culturally responsive methods, and meaningfully involving Indigenous peoples in evaluation. She was recognized with the EvalYouth Award in 2022 for her contributions to the field.
