I am working in the field of agriculture since 6 years 2 years I worked as Head of department at agriculture college Sita Ma Vi and from past 4 years I am working in the development sector and I have experience focusing on climate change its adaptation and mitigation practices , climate smart agriculture, agroecology practices, value chain ,bio diversity, rural development, organic farming system and GEDSI in close coordination with government and related stakeholders. 2 years I worked as Project coordinator at Social Service Center (SOSEC Nepal) Green Karnali Project which works for Climate Change and Livelihood and 1 year I worked at Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED) as Agribusiness Area Coordinator at Feed The Future Nepal USAID Agricultural Inputs Program . The aim of Agricultural Inputs is to increase the availability, accessibility, and use of agricultural inputs and technology to improve Nepal's agricultural productivity. Recently I am working as Natural Resource Management Expert at LACCP (Local Adaptation to Climate Change Project).LACCP is supported by the Government of Nepal (GoN), the European Union and the Government of Finland (GoF).We work for people and their livelihoods and living conditions in Sudurpashchim and Karnali are more resilient to impacts of climate change and they use natural resources in a sustainable manner.
