Ongolo is a young translator Francophone evaluator, and researcher fellow. She has knowledge and skills in translation (English-French, French-English), EIDM (evidence-based decision making), primary research, monitoring and impact evaluation, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation of public policies and development projects. As a final year Master's student at the University of Yaoundé I, and working with Effective Basic Services (eBASE) Africa, Ongolo has acquired knowledge and capacity in translation, research, implementation and use of evidence by policy makers, practitioners, doctors, nurses and citizens. She has the ability and opportunity to work in Francophone and Anglophone Africa, as well as in countries belonging to the Francophonie and the Commonwealth. She is fluent in French and English. She enjoys reading, writing, and is passionate about development projects and promoting Evidence Informed Decision Making (EIDM) in Africa.
