Monitoring & Evaluation: Designing and implementing MEL frameworks, tools and indicator tracking systems; conducting data quality assessments; and leading qualitative and quantitative research.
Data Management & Analysis: Skilled in digital tools such as DHIS2, CommCare, BEMS and Nvivo, as well as statistical software like Excel for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Project Management & Coordination: Experience managing large-scale USAID-funded projects (ACHIEVE and Kizazi Kipya), overseeing budgets of over 2 billion TZS and leading teams of more than 50 staff and 3,000 volunteers.
