About my self

I am driven by a deep commitment to transforming systems that serve the most vulnerable especially survivors of trafficking and marginalized communities. With over a decade of experience in monitoring and evaluation, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement, I’ve learned that real impact is born not just from data, but from dignity: the dignity of local ownership, survivor-centered design, and culturally resonant solutions.

My motivation lies in bridging the gap between policy and practice. Whether I’m refining a digital case management system, facilitating multi-stakeholder consensus, or tailoring outreach for traditional leaders and grassroots audiences, I strive to ensure that every intervention is both technically sound and human-centered. I believe in empowering field offices, elevating local voices, and using evidence not just to report—but to transform.

Each project I lead is an opportunity to build trust, foster resilience, and create systems that are not only efficient, but just. That’s the kind of change I wake up to pursue.
