I am a program development and monitoring and learning specialist with considerable experience working in the development sector , particularly with Nongovernmental organizations in Sierra Leone and Liberia .
With over seven years of experience in have led the design and delivery of development program including research and evaluation studies , working with deprived communities and marginalized people. I currently work as Senior program and learning associate with Emerging Public Leaders Sierra Leone country office, leading program development and delivery , accountability and learning.
