  • Led implementation of a €5.6M EU-funded Tea Programme, ensuring operational efficiency in MEL, finance, procurement and contracting, communications, reporting, and compliance.
  • Oversaw Climate Smart Agriculture and climate adaptation interventions, including farmer training, technology transfer, and resilience-based planning.
