Impact, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Website

I am a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) specialist and researcher with over nine years’ experience across agriculture, public health, education, environment, water & sanitation, and political economy. My expertise includes designing and implementing M&E systems, realist and developmental evaluation, participatory approaches, and mixed-methods research to strengthen evidence-based decision-making.

Currently, I serve as Impact, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at the Waitrose Foundation Southern Africa (WFSA), leading impact strategy, system development, and evaluation across 423 grower partners in four countries. I pioneered the rollout of a Salesforce-based Information Management System (Amp Impact) that transformed project management, real-time reporting, and organisational learning across more than 400 farms. My previous roles include work with Ndlovu Care Group, where I co-developed digital health data systems, and as an evaluation consultant and researcher across youth education, early childhood development, mental health, and livelihoods.

I hold an MPhil and PGDip in Monitoring & Evaluation Methods (both Cum Laude) from Stellenbosch University, with a focus on climate change, livelihoods, and the use of artificial intelligence in evaluating systems transformation. I am an active member of SAMEA and AfrEA, and a recipient of the 2022 MTN Award for Social Change in recognition of pioneering digital M&E practices.
