I am a dedicated Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at FPA Sri Lanka, with a strong foundation in health promotion, research, data management, and implementation science. My professional journey integrates hands-on experience in public health monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and evidence-based program implementation within both academic and field settings.

Over the past several years, I have contributed to diverse health and research initiatives, including serving as a Health Promotion Facilitator at the North Central Provincial Health Office, supporting NCD prevention programs, and working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, where I engaged in academic instruction and mentoring. Additionally, my role as a Research Assistant for the World Health Organization strengthened my expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office and field-based monitoring systems.

My academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Health Promotion from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, complemented by a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology and a Certificate in Implementation Science from The George Institute for Global Health in partnership with the University of Colombo.

I bring a proven ability to support program evaluation, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and generate actionable insights to enhance project outcomes. My professional interests lie in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Implementation Science, Public Health Research, Data Analysis, and Behavioral Health Promotion.
