Over 25 years of experience in Development Cooperation (gender, higher education/research, sustainable food systems, agroecology, civil society) in Africa, Maghreb/Mashreck, Asia, Pacific, Eastern Europe, Latin America for FAO, IFAD, EU, AFD, GIZ, etc.
Over 18 years in project and program evaluation, setting up monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, and project formulation.
Over 10 years with a focus on gender issues: mainstreaming gender into public policies, diagnostics, and strategy development (started taking this into account in 2004), and integrating gender into evaluations since 2010 for the EU
