I am a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) specialist with 8+ years of experience designing and strengthening MEAL systems across humanitarian and development programs in Kenya’s ASAL regions. I have a strong track record in outcome evaluation, logframe/ Theory of change design, MEL planning, indicator tracking, routine monitoring, DQA, mixed-method evaluations, and digital data collection using KoboToolbox, ODK, and SurveyCTO. My work spans child protection, education, WASH, livelihoods, and governance projects, with experience supporting INGOs, NGOs, and community-based organizations. I leverage tools such as Power BI, STATA, and GIS to generate evidence, develop dashboards, and facilitate learning for adaptive management.
