I am passionate Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) professional with extensive experience in the development and operationalisation of M&E systems for policies, programmes, and projects within the public sector and development environments. His expertise spans MEAL plan design, data collection and analysis, performance measurement, programme monitoring, and results-based reporting. He has led major M&E interventions at the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, where he provides technical leadership for sector-wide monitoring, preparation of performance reports, coordination of M&E actions, and feedback support to policy planning processes. In addition, he serves as a Consultant on the Digital Access and Rural Empowerment (DARE) Programme at Emdag Consulting Limited, where he leads MEAL system design, development of data tools, field monitoring, and analytical reporting. His earlier professional engagements include roles as a teacher and administrative assistant in both Ghana and The Gambia, where he gained strong experience in training facilitation, community engagement, and administrative coordination. Across these roles, he has built competencies in quantitative data analysis, digital tools, stakeholder coordination, capacity building, and programme accountability—making him a versatile and results-oriented M&E practitioner.
