I have 25 years of work experience in the government sector. I joined the government service in 2000 as a Development Officer. In 2009, after successfully passing the promotion examination, I was promoted to Assistant Director (Planning).
Currently, I serve as the Director (Monitoring, Evaluation & Knowledge) at the Presidential Secretariat of Sri Lanka. I have over 15 years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
My experience includes monitoring and evaluation of numerous electricity transmission, distribution, and power generation projects under the Ministry of Power Energy. At present, I am engaged in the “Prajashakthi” National Poverty Alleviation Programme, where I am responsible for monitoring and evaluating multiple village-level development projects across the country.
