My skills encompass basic car parts repair (brakes, steering wheels, engines) , inspecting and fixing electrical systems, and routine automotive care tasks like fluid checks, tire rotation, and oil changes. I also have training in Automobile Repair and Maintenance from TATA Automobiles and Sohel Motor Garage. My focus extends to modern Automobile Diagnostics and Digital Tools, enabling precise vehicle analysis and repair.
Technical and Vocational Training & Education: My passion for empowering youth with practical skills is evident in my extensive teaching history. I served as a Master Trainer at Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) TTC within a UNICEF-supported project, delivering market-driven skill training to out-of-school adolescents. I also held the role of Jr. Instructor (Power Tech) at Satkhira Technical School and College. As CEO of Sardar Consultancy Service, I lead the development and implementation of vocational training programs in sectors like Auto Mechanics, Auto Body Repair, and Welding. I am currently expanding my impact through training centre proposals for driving and automobile digital diagnostics.

My "Solar Power Provider Project" is a testament to my practical involvement in this field. I focus on the application of renewable energy in health and industry, aiming for sustainable development. General Mechanical & Electrical Engineering: Beyond specific automotive and power applications, my diploma in Power Technology and experience as an electrical and plumbing technician at AR Home Service Company provide a strong base in general mechanical and electrical principles. I have experience in electrical maintenance and have worked as an Assistant Engineer Operations for Preventive Maintenance for a telecommunication network, overseeing the maintenance team and troubleshooting issues.

A significant part of my journey as an educator includes my role as a Master Trainer at Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) TTC, Polash Bazar, Bishwamvarpur, Sunamgonj, from May 19, 2023, to August 31, 2024. This impactful position was part of a vital UNICEF-supported project titled:
"Market Driven Skill Training and Job Placements for out-of-school adolescents living in Haor areas of Bangladesh"
In this capacity, I was directly involved in:
Overseeing all administrative and technical aspects of the training center as Chief Instructor.
Leading training sessions and ensuring adherence to established guidelines and policies.
Developing and preparing Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), Curriculum Guides (CG), training schedules, calendars, and other relevant documents and reports.
Managing local stakeholders, officials, programs, workshops, and event planning, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Delivering practical, market-oriented training to adolescents who were out of formal schooling, equipping them with vocational skills crucial for immediate employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Jr. Instructor (Power Tech) at Satkhira Technical School And College (January 1, 2023 - February 23, 2023). Here, I was responsible for creating lesson plans, selecting curriculum materials, explaining concepts, reviewing assignments, managing the classroom, and helping students develop skills for successful careers. My duties also included developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and assessing students.
As Executive Director of ST Automobiles Ltd. (December 16, 2024 - present), I lead vocational training programs and ensure workforce development. I supervise staff training, performance, and workflow efficiency to ensure smooth and effective business operation. My area of expertise includes training and development.
As CEO of Sardar Consultancy Service (September 1, 2024 - present), I lead the development and implementation of vocational training programs, focusing on technical skill development in sectors like Auto Mechanics, Auto Body Repair, and Welding. My role also includes mentoring and training staff.
