I am a young and emerging evaluator (YEE) with 5+ years of experience supporting international organisations, public institutions, and aid agencies, including GIZ, FAO, MCC etc. My work spans evaluation, third-party monitoring, project management, proposal development, and research in development and humanitarian contexts.I bring knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methods - literature reviews, FGDs, KIIs, surveys, GIS, and have applied these in projects ranging from peacebuilding and security to food systems, humanitarian action, and rural development. I also have experience working across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.My professional goal is to continue growing as an evaluator, contributing to evidence-based humanitarian and development programming, and integrating innovative tools including AI and digital data approaches into monitoring and evaluation practice.Currently, I am part of the EvalYouth Global Network’s Evaluation Mentoring Program (2025–2026), where I am further developing as an evaluator.
