He is a PhD candidate in Social Sciences at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina). He completed postgraduate studies at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Cuyo. He specializes in foresight and strategic planning. He has worked primarily in the agri-food and territorial sectors.

He is a Researcher at the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA, Argentina); a Professor and Researcher in the "Foresight, Projects, and Innovation" Department at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the National University of Cuyo; Director of the Center for Foresight Studies at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Cuyo; a Researcher at the IEA Future Lab, Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul; a Member of the Executive Committee of the World Futures Federation (WFSF); and a Member of the Open Network for Foresight and Innovation for Latin America and the Caribbean. Member of the Latin American Network of Thought on Science, Technology and Society (Red PLACTS), and Ambassador of the Latin American and Caribbean Development Planning Network, ILPES/AECID. Member of the Latin American Network for Research and Development of Public Policies.
