- Results based, dedicated and self-motivated programme hands-on project director and manager with 30 years experience in directing, managing and delivering AFD, AfDB, DFID, EBRD, EIB, EU, KfW, SECO, SIDA, UN and WB funded technical cooperation/assistance programmes and projects in economic development, urban development, environment and climate change, water and sanitation and circular economy to poverty reduction with a combined fee value of over €100 million and staffed by over 400 consultants.
- Specific experience in delivering mid-term, final and ex-post evaluations in water and sanitation, circularity-waste sectors, as well as related to the 17 SDGs for UN, EIB, EU and DFID funded programmes and projects using a Theory of Change approach and various UN, UNEG, OECD DAC and related donor/IFI methodologies to organisational effectiveness assessments in the environment sector for national, regional and local governments and beneficiary institutions.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programmes (over 150 training courses managed and over 50 training courses delivered in all aspects of project cycle management to over 1,500 personnel).
Excellent communicator and relationship builder and a creative strategy builder with clients, financiers (EU, EIB, bilateral donors). - Extensive experience across UK, western, central and south-east Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
