My fields of expertise include Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system design, third-party monitoring (TPM), final evaluations, baseline and endline studies, outcome monitoring, outcome harvesting, data quality assurance, research design, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, accountability to affected populations, feedback and response mechanisms, and evidence-based reporting.

I have more than 15 years of professional experience in humanitarian and development contexts, particularly in Iraq and conflict-affected settings. My work has covered multiple sectors, including Health, WASH, Food Assistance, Protection, Child Protection, Economic Recovery and Development, Cash Assistance, Livelihoods, Agriculture, Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness, Climate Resilience, Social Cohesion, and Humanitarian Coordination.

I have strong experience in designing and implementing MEAL frameworks, logframes, theories of change, indicator tracking tools, data collection plans, evaluation matrices, monitoring tools, survey instruments, key informant interview guides, focus group discussion tools, observation checklists, and data quality checklists. I am also experienced in developing dashboards, analytical reports, donor reports, monitoring summary reports, learning products, and evaluation reports.

My work experience includes serving as M&E Specialist with the USAID/BHA Iraq Monitoring Project, implemented by MSI and Integrity Global, where I supported third-party monitoring design, data collection tools, data quality assurance, monitoring summary reports, subcontractor management, and learning processes. I also worked with the International Rescue Committee in Iraq and Bangladesh in senior MEAL and accountability roles, where I designed and managed client feedback systems, call centers, data quality systems, accountability mechanisms, and MEAL systems for emergency and recovery programmes.

I have also worked with the Norwegian Refugee Council as an M&E Officer, supporting monitoring tools, data verification, field monitoring, beneficiary feedback systems, and donor reporting. With the Danish Refugee Council, I worked as a Protection Analyst, developing protection assessment tools, databases, dashboards, and reporting systems. In addition, I have provided short-term technical assistance and evaluation support to organizations such as FAO Iraq, Adam Smith International, Ektimisi Research and Development, IRC, Terre des Hommes, and Physicians for Human Rights.

My evaluation experience includes leading and supporting final evaluations, mixed-methods studies, gender analysis, climate resilience evaluation, child protection evaluation, forensic documentation evaluation, and humanitarian programme assessments. I have designed evaluation methodologies aligned with OECD-DAC criteria, developed evaluation matrices, conducted KIIs and FGDs, supervised field teams, trained enumerators, cleaned and analysed datasets, triangulated findings, and produced practical recommendations for programme adaptation and donor reporting.

I have strong technical skills in data collection and analysis platforms, including KoBoToolbox, CommCare, ODK, Excel, Power Query, SPSS, STATA, NVivo, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, and QGIS. I am experienced in turning complex field data into clear insights through dashboards, visual reports, data quality reviews, GIS mapping, and concise analytical products.

Overall, my expertise combines technical MEAL leadership, field-based monitoring, evaluation design, accountability systems, data quality assurance, research, data visualization, and practical learning support for humanitarian and development programmes.
