OUDDACH Amal: Is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) specialist in international development cooperation projects and a doctoral researcher at the National School of Business and Management of Kénitra, Ibn Tofaïl University (Morocco). Her research focuses on the socio-economic impact evaluation of development programs, particularly in the fields of social and solidarity economy, social inclusion, and sustainable development. She has extensive experience in managing and evaluating international cooperation projects, notably with SOCODEVI (Canada), Enabel (Belgium), and Expertise France. Her work relies on both quantitative and qualitative approaches, including impact evaluation methods such as Propensity Score Matching (PSM) and Difference-in-Differences (DiD).
