Noel Otieno is an academician and researcher who has diverse experience in teaching, research, and project management, together with monitoring and evaluation, particularly in health system management and other social sciences. He has more than four years of experience demonstrating his experience, competency and capability in different organizations and different fields as well. Besides his educational qualifications, Noel has been demonstrating successful and outstanding capabilities in proposal writing, programme review and development (at the university level), Curriculum Development (Project level), data collection, analysis and report writing and presentations, consultancy services and quality management at the university level. He has also attended and participated in different training and conferences including a joint review of the health sector strategic plan in Zanzibar, planning and budgeting of the primary healthcare facilities in Tanzania (Dodoma), inception of the project focuses on Gendered leadership advancing systems and structures through mentorship, networking and collective leadership (PO-RALG office) just to mention few.
