I specialise in helping organisations understand whether their programmes actually work, and helps them prove it. With over eight years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, research, and communications (MEALRiC), I have designed and delivered evaluations, baselines, and results frameworks for programmes funded by NCA, Brot für die Welt, Church of Sweden, WFP, UN Women, Christian Aid, and Trócaire.
Currently I am the MEALRiC Officer at the Zimbabwe Council of Churches, where I manage MEAL systems across governance, and peacebuilding programmes, and as M&E Technical Director at Impact Assessment Consultancy Services (IACS), where I leads independent evaluations and assessments for a range of institutional clients.
I specialise in participatory methodologies, outcome harvesting, Most Significant Change, community scorecards, and build practical tools that hold up under donor scrutiny: logframes, results frameworks, baseline assessments, and training-needs tools. I hold an MSc in Monitoring and Evaluation, BSc Monitoring and Evaluation and English and Media Studies.
A background in journalism, with TellZim News and The Tenacity Post, and communications work at ADRA Zimbabwe, gives my reports and analysis a clarity that’s rare in the sector.
