Public health professional with 34 years of experience in health planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), programme implementation, and evidence-based decision-making. He holds a PGD in MEL, a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Medicine. For approximately 20 years, he supported Regional and Council Health Management Teams in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving health interventions. He has extensive experience in donor-funded programmes supported by the Global Fund, USAID, CDC, BMGF, UNICEF, WHO, and UNFPA. He has also served as a national facilitator in evidence-based planning, MEL, data quality, surveillance, programme performance improvement, stakeholder engagement, and the application of health information for adaptive programme management and learning.
