Tin Nwe Win Member since 30/09/2026

Tricare

Sr.MEAL Coordinator

In my MEAL coordination role, I supported the development and implementation of MEAL
systems, frameworks, accountability mechanisms, monitoring tools and reporting processes for more
than 27 projects across multiple regions in Myanmar. My work covered livelihoods, emergency
education, gender, disability, protection, camp management and other thematic areas. I also
supported programme teams to align project plans with country strategy, annual plans,

budgets, outputs and outcomes, while ensuring that monitoring data was available for decision-
making, donor reporting and organisational learning.

The role’s focus on country MEAL system strengthening, programme quality, accountability
to affected populations and partner accompaniment is strongly aligned with my professional
experience. I have led and supported baseline studies, endline assessments, post-distribution
monitoring, gender and context analyses, needs assessments, data quality assessments and
evaluations. I am experienced in developing questionnaires, methodologies, sampling approaches,
MEAL plans, logical frameworks, results frameworks and indicators, as well as
cleaning, analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data for programme learning and donor
compliance.
I also bring strong experience in working through partnership models. At LWF, ARC,
IRC, Thadar Consortium, PU-AMI and Merlin, I worked closely with programme teams,
partner organisations, community-based organisations and local stakeholders to strengthen data
collection, reporting systems, feedback mechanisms and staff capacity. I have provided
coaching, facilitated trainings and workshops, supported field monitoring visits and helped partners
improve data quality and use monitoring findings for evidence-based decision-making.
My technical skills include SPSS, Power BI, QGIS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access,
Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, KOBO and ActivityInfo. My Computer Science
background, together with diplomas in International Law, Research Studies, GIS and Development
Studies, has strengthened my ability to design practical digital systems, manage

databases, analyse complex datasets and communicate findings clearly for both technical and non-
technical audiences. And also I am candidate of Master of Applied Statistic.

Beyond technical MEAL expertise, I bring leadership, coordination, facilitation and
communication skills, with a strong commitment to accountability, safeguarding, gender equality,
inclusion, social justice and respectful partnership with local actors. I am comfortable working in
multicultural teams and challenging field contexts, and I am willing to
travel frequently to programme locations, including crisis-affected areas, as required by the position.
