I hold a PhD in the field of decentralized planning and governance. I have acquired two master's degrees ‒ in sociology and economics. I have been working as a visiting faculty member for the School of Education and School of Arts at Kathmandu University. I am working in the field of evaluation and research as an independent development consultant and researcher. My key areas of expertise are evaluation, research, GESI, governance. I have strong research skills both on quantitative and qualitative research methods. I have participated in various international conferences, published papers in journals, and been writing regularly in Nepali national newspapers on development issues. I am a founder of the Community of Evaluators-Nepal (CoE-Nepal) and currently serve as an executive member of it.
