BRLPS

Manager

Currently, I serve as Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation at JEEViKA (Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society – BRLPS), a flagship Government of Bihar initiative supported by the World Bank. In this capacity, I oversee project progress across a district, prepare analytical reports, and maintain documentation in compliance with government and organisational requirements. I also manage MIS-based data and conduct indicator-based analyses that feed into evidence-based programme decisions — work that has sharpened my ability to translate field-level data into structured findings for varied audiences, from field teams to senior government stakeholders.

Prior to this, I worked as an Associate at TARU Leading Edge, a development advisory and research organisation, at their Patna office. There, I was embedded in the Bihar Transformative Development Project (BTDP), supporting the Project In-charge with report writing, presentation development, and case study documentation for the M&E team of JEEViKA. I also contributed to field monitoring for the SLACC (Sustainable Livelihood Adaptation for Climatic Change) project and to a baseline survey on Solid and Liquid Waste Management for three Urban Local Bodies in Patna District under the Aga Khan Foundation — experience that gave me direct exposure to primary data collection, field research design, and survey-based evidence generation.

I also provided MIS user support for Buniyad Centres under SAKSHAM (State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare) across multiple districts of Bihar during system implementation, giving me a ground-level view of governance systems at scale. Additionally, a tenure as MIS and Documentation Officer at PHIA Foundation gave me hands-on exposure to the WASH sector, including field monitoring and technical report preparation
