Mainly and Since 2007, has been working at the central and decision-making level within the Cabinet of the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries (MARHP) as director of monitoring the management of hydraulic systems in Tunisia, responsible for:
- Planning, formulation, identification and editing of strategies for (i) mobilization, development, protection / preservation and integrated water resources management, (ii) promotion of unconventional resources.
- Definition, development and implementation of (i) sustainable public policies in the field of agriculture, natural resources, (ii) planning of access to drinking water services and sanitation, and (iii) integrating cross-cutting issues, as: good governance, the environment and climate change dimension, sustainable development, promotion of human rights for access to water and sanitation, reduction and management disaster risk, Nexus WEFE (Water, Energy, Agriculture and Ecosystem),
