I am a Results-Based M&E and Digital Health Advisor with GIZ HSSEP III in Sierra Leone (2023 to present), supporting the Ministry of Health on M&E, learning and digital health, and providing technical supervision to five advisers. I am also a Lecturer in biostatistics, epidemiology and research methods at Njala University's School of Community Health Sciences, where I teach and supervise public health dissertations at HD and BSc level. I previously coordinated the GIZ Digital Innovation in Pandemic Control project (2023 to 2025), contributing to the National Digital Health Policy, a costed investment roadmap and the EMR Operational Guideline. I serve on the national Technical Working Group on Digital Public Infrastructure for Health and am working with NPHA on the 2027 to 2030 Digital Health Roadmap. Earlier, I coordinated COMSA/HEAL-SL mortality surveillance (2019 to 2023) and served as District Surveillance Officer in Bo (2018 to 2019).

I can also add "teaching and academic supervision" to the fields of expertise if you want it reflected there.
