  • Leading the result-based monitoring initiatives of the organization while managing other team members in the unit.
  • Leading the development of and oversee the review of project level Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan and associated work plans for each component/activity as reflected in the Logical framework or ToC (BMGF & USAID supported Projects)
  • Sculpts systematic, realistic & effective monitoring plans to capture real time data (quantitative & qualitative) and establish & selecting performance indicators that measure the impact/progress of programs to produce results and promote accountability
  • Abilities in preparing, writing proposals & reports, and commissioning/creating internal and external evaluations. Enables value-adding decisions by writing research/white papers on social development as per program outcomes
  • Astute skills in collecting and verifying data provided by programs to optimize current solutions, summarize insights, and provide tangible recommendations. Leads data cleaning, building codebooks, and weighting data for comparative analysis
  • Analytical abilities in gathering, interpreting & communicating evidence on impact of activities across programmes. Ameliorates programs’ quality, implements MIS/Real time dashboard across all programs, and steers data analysis & needs assessments for business growth
  • Provides technical support for designing programs including program area & annual country review, strategy development & program regeneration. Adept at implementing research design such as RCT, Quasi experimental, DID Approach & DIB. and developing research tools
