I am a peacebuilding and peacemaking practitioner with over 25 years of experience in peace processes and in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. My work bridges the triple nexus, governance, and environmental work, designing, leading, and evaluating initiatives that foster resilience, dialogue, and inclusive peace.

I have advised high-level and top decision-makers —including heads of state, ministers, and senior officials— as well as UN agencies, think tanks, philanthropic organizations, and local institutions across multiple countries. In this role, I have supported communities and ethnic groups in their efforts to resist violence and build sustainable peace.

My expertise lies in peace process design and support, inclusive dialogue, and the intersection of peacebuilding with sustainable development, ecological transition, humanitarian action, human rights, and transitional justice. I bring long-standing practical experience in conflict-sensitive and peace-responsive sustainable development, including the “do no harm” approach.

As an inclusion specialist, I facilitate dialogue and collaboration among diverse stakeholders —including marginalized and ethnic communities— generating constructive interaction and collective impact between institutions, civil society, and local communities. I am also proficient in donor program management and evaluation methodologies (OECD, EU, State Department, GIZ, UN, Canada, Norway, Spain, Germany, among others).
