I have direct experience in environmental management, monitoring, and enforcement through my work with the Department of the Environment, where I supported compliance reviews, site inspections, Environmental Clearance and the Environmental Impact Assessment process and regulatory follow-up. I have also assisted in the review of legislation and contributing to stakeholder engagement on proposed regulatory updates. In addition, I support a GEF hazardous-waste project by collecting national data, liaising with municipal and private-sector bodies, and conducting site assessments. I volunteer with Autism Belize, reviewing policies to support inclusion. I bring strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills, and work confidently with diverse stakeholder groups.
