- Team Leader - Assessment of 11 closed projects under the Special Programme of Chemicals and Waste Management of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), spanning various countries and including the assessment of SDGs indicator achievements (2022).
- Team Leader - Evaluation of the Integrated Waste Management Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action (NAMA) National Support Project in China, encompassing the MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) aspects of waste-to-energy (2023);
- Evaluation Consultant - Terminal Review of the UNEP project 521.1 Promotion and Delivery of Environmentally Sound Waste Management Technologies and Methods and in-Country Technical and Advisory Support (2024);
- Evaluation Consultant - Final Evaluation of UNEP ambarella project “Generating and Sharing Knowledge for Influencing Decision-Making on Sound Management of Chemicals and Waste” including 8 subprojects, partially funded by GEF.
- Conducted evaluations of various EU-funded projects (applying OECD DAC evaluation criteria, international organization standards), including technical and financial proposals for EU program calls for tender:
- Assessor - Applications received under the "SWIM (Sustainable Water Integrated Management) II programme 2016 – Demonstration Projects" (2016)
- Assessor - Project proposals submitted under the "EU SWITCH-Asia II Programme Restricted Call for Proposals 2017" and "EU SWITCH-Asia II Programme Restricted Call for Proposals 2022”; which focused on shifting Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) practices and promoting the circular economy in Asia (2017).

- Supervised the implementation of various projects, achieving successful outcomes. These projects included "Innovative Financing Mechanisms for Biodiversity in China (EU)" (2015-2017), "AFD Market and Feasibility Study for a Climate Finance Program in China" (2019-2020), "EU: Ghana - Circular Economy Action Plan and Roadmap" (2022-2023), "AFD - Technical Assistance on Ecotourism and Eco-labelling for Integrated Land-Sea Ecosystems in Fuding, China” (€4.3M, 2023~), “EIB: Green Gateway – Greening Financial Systems Technical Assistance Programme” (€11 M, 2023~), “TA to the EUD in assessment of impacts and developing recovery efforts of the Feb 2023 earthquakes in Türkiye(2023)”, and the "APAVE Project to ITER on France-India, China, Japan, and Korea cooperation, and HPC (UK), regarding safety and product qualification (2014-2019).
- Acted as a technical expert, taking on roles such as the coordinator of "FPI-EU Public Lectures in China" on topics including climate change, energy, environment, investment, economy, culture, and security policies (2015-2017). Additionally, served as a training expert for "EU-China Competition Cooperation," coordinating technical training programs on EU and China fair and green trade for high-level participants from both regions (2016). Further, provided expertise as an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) expert for projects, including EIB's "Support to the Energy Sector Recovery Project for São Tomé and Principe" (2020-2023) and the EIB's "Pre-feasibility Study - Lake Malawi Water Transfer Powered by Renewable Energy" (2021-2023).
